Lead times

Lead times run from the working day after your order is confirmed and paid. The designer shows an estimated delivery date before you order. We'll email you when your order goes into production and again with a delivery date.

On the day
- Windows travel on our own vans or with a specialist glazing courier, protected on racks.
- You'll get a delivery date in advance and a call or text on the morning.
- Deliveries are to the kerbside or your driveway. Please have someone there to help unload larger frames, as our driver can't carry frames into the property alone.
- Check every frame and pane before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery note and tell us the same day so we can replace it free of charge.
Collection
You can collect from us in Chelmsford by appointment. Choose Collection at checkout or call us to arrange a time.
Delivery to site
Trade customers can have orders delivered straight to site. Add the site address at checkout and label each window in the designer so the frames arrive marked for each opening.
